GTM Engineer, AI Agents

About the role
You'll design and ship the systems that research accounts, qualify inbound, enrich records and draft outreach, all grounded in real industry data, product usage and conversation history. You report into engineering, and your internal customers are marketing, sales and RevOps. The market is thousands of fragmented carriers and brokerages, which makes it one of the most interesting data and agent problems in B2B. If you've built LLM features where the prompts, retrieval, tools and memory were your own design decisions, this is the seat to do it at scale.
What you will own
- • Agents and skills that research accounts, qualify inbound, enrich records and draft outreach
- • Eval harnesses, guardrails and human-in-the-loop controls that gate every agent release
- • Prompt, context and memory infrastructure: retrieval, tool definitions, context budgets and cross-session memory
- • An account graph of carriers, brokerages, contacts and equipment, alongside relational and vector stores
- • Integrations across CRM, marketing, support and billing via APIs, webhooks and MCP servers
- • Warehouse-backed scoring, routing and enrichment that hands the sales team a ranked queue every morning
What we are looking for
- • 3 to 5+ years shipping and owning production software
- • Full-stack in TypeScript or Python with strong SQL; you can stand up a service, a job and a UI on your own
- • Shipped LLM features where prompts, retrieval, tool use and context were your design decisions
- • Built evals or quality bars for model-driven features
- • Built memory or state that persists across sessions for agents or apps
- • Worked in or right alongside marketing, sales or RevOps, and knows what a CRM, sequence and pipeline report are for
- • Comfortable at Series B/C speed
Nice to have
- • Graph database modeling (Neo4j or similar)
- • Logistics or freight, or another market with a long tail of small buyers
- • Agentic products beyond a chat box, where accuracy and auditability matter
- • Experience with Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, Snowflake, BigQuery or dbt
