We built Satoriq to fix that. Calibrate the real problem first, do the hard work up front, and only put forward people we would hire ourselves. That means screening every candidate live, giving real context instead of paper, and being straight with both sides.

Satoriq was started by operators who built and scaled teams inside companies before they ever recruited for one. We spent years on the hiring side of the table, inside a Fortune 50 company and at venture-backed startups, running the searches, sitting through the interview loops, and living with the hires that worked and the ones that did not.
What we saw was the same problem everywhere. Recruiting ran on volume. A role went up, a stack of resumes came back, and the people who actually knew the job were the last ones in the room. Hiring was too important to get wrong and too chaotic to leave to chance. So we built the firm we wished we could have hired.
Satoriq runs hiring the way a good product team runs a launch.
